How MUV Digital handles the information you share with us.

Who we are
MUV Digital is a division of Meyers Media, LLC. This policy explains what we collect on muvdigital.org, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect, and why
Consultation request form. Your name, role, church name, city and state, email address, and (if you choose) phone number; whether your church needs its first website or wants to improve its current one, and the website address if it has one; your average weekly attendance, what you are interested in, the best way to reach you, and how you heard about us, if you tell us; and anything else you add. We use it to look over your church’s website, if it has one, and to contact you about your consultation.
Contact form. Your name, email address, and message, plus your phone number and church name if you choose to add them. We use it to reply to you.
Technical details. When you send a form we also keep your IP address and browser type. We use them to prevent spam and abuse, for example to limit how many messages can come from one connection.
Where it goes
What you send is stored in our website’s private admin area and emailed to us. When you submit a form we may also email you a short, general confirmation that we received it. That confirmation does not repeat what you wrote.
Only MUV Digital can see your submission. We don’t sell or share it, except with the services listed below that help us run the site.
How long we keep it
We keep your information so we can follow up with you, including checking in down the road to see if you’d like to start a website project later. We’ll delete it any time you ask.
Services we use
- Postmark delivers the emails described above. It receives the email addresses and message text needed to send them.
- Cloudflare Turnstile is a spam check on our forms. It runs a short check in your browser and may use information such as your IP address to tell people from bots.
- Google Analytics helps us understand how the site is used, such as which pages are viewed. We use it only when we have turned it on, and it may set cookies and collect usage information.
- Hosting. We host this website and its admin area on secure servers.
Cookies
- The two form pages set a short-lived security cookie that helps protect the form from forgery. It is not used for tracking.
- People who sign in to our admin area get a session cookie, which keeps them signed in.
- Google Analytics, when enabled, and Cloudflare Turnstile may set their own cookies.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the services listed above so we can run the site and respond to you, or if the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete a submission you sent, or to correct information in it, by emailing info@muvdigital.org. Please include the email address you used on the form so we can find it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update this page and the “Last updated” date above.
